Marketing built around how HVAC companies actually book work
Peak-season surges, the 10pm no-cool call, the maintenance memberships that carry spring and fall — HVAC has its own rhythm, and the marketing has to move with it.

Meet Kyle
I run this. Not an account manager you never meet again.
I built the HVAC side of this because most agencies run the same tired playbook on a heating-and-cooling company they’d run on anyone — then hand you a report nobody reads. HVAC has its own rhythm: brutal summer and winter peaks, the 10pm no-cool call, the maintenance memberships that carry you through spring and fall. I build the marketing around that, I stay on the accounts, and you deal with me — not a rotating support queue.
— Kyle Rogers, Founder, Heating & Cooling Marketing Pro
Most agencies run the same playbook on an HVAC company that they’d run on a dentist or a law firm. They swap in a few keywords, bill you monthly, and hand you a report nobody reads. It’s why so many contractors have paid for marketing that never understood the business — the brutal summer and winter peaks, the dead shoulder seasons, the difference between a homeowner who needs cool air tonight and one shopping a financed system replacement.
We build it the other way around: the campaigns, pages and call tracking are shaped to how heating and cooling work actually gets booked.
Why HVAC marketing is its own thing
A generalist has to relearn your business on your dime. We already know that “AC repair near me” behaves nothing like “new furnace cost,” that a July heat wave should spike your budget and a mild May should not, and that a maintenance-membership roster is the difference between surviving the shoulder seasons and laying people off. When the marketing is built around that, you skip the tuition.
- We plan around the seasons. Ads and budget flex with demand — heavy when it’s 98° and the phones melt, lean when it’s not — instead of one flat spend all year.
- We chase the calls that pay. Emergency no-cool and no-heat jobs, financed replacements, and recurring maintenance members — not tire-kickers pricing a filter.
- We know the buyer. A homeowner sweating in a dead house wants whoever answers first and looks trustworthy. The marketing has to earn that in seconds.
How we work
Plainly, and without lock-in. We run the whole funnel — Google Ads and Local Services Ads, SEO and Google Maps, and the website itself — so nothing gets handed off between vendors and dropped. We map your service area against real search demand, scope the work to the calls you actually want more of, and tell you what we’d do before you commit to anything. If we don’t think a channel will pay off for your market, we say so — even when it’s the thing you came in asking for.
And you’re never left in the dark. Every engagement includes a weekly check-in on what ran and what booked, plus a monthly strategy review where we go deep on the numbers and decide where next month’s budget goes. Silence is why most contractors fire their last agency — so we build the opposite in.
We also hold a hard line on a few things: no “guaranteed #1” promises, no mass-generated doorway pages, no shared leads resold to three shops at once. Those tactics burn contractors, and they’re a big part of why the trade is skeptical of marketers in the first place.
Proof, honestly
We’re newer to HVAC, so we won’t dress up someone else’s numbers as ours. What we can show you is real, anonymized work from our home-services clients — the same technical standard we build every HVAC site to:
A home-services site: 9.7 seconds to 0.13 seconds. The site was so slow that visitors left before the contact form even loaded. Rebuilding it to load almost instantly changed how many of those visits turned into booked calls — before a single new ad dollar was spent. See the speed fix.
A multi-location home-services company: recovered from a Google core update. After the March 2026 core update knocked their rankings, the fix wasn’t publishing more — it was cutting. We pruned and consolidated thin, over-optimized pages down to ones with real substance, and the rankings came back. Read the recovery case study.
That’s the standard we build to from day one: fast, crawlable, substantive, and measured by booked calls — not vanity rankings. If that’s the kind of marketing you’ve been looking for, we should talk.
